Music Down Under

Music Down Under became a key part of the Australian Festival in the very early days of our event. Being a music event in Nashville gave the festival access to a tremendous amount of music resources including artists, songwriters, managers, equipment companies and industry folks that helped in the development our overall concept. Our mission was promote Australian Artists (Past and Future) as well as Indigenous Music. From humble beginnings in 1999 when two local Nashville bands played on a small stage - The Australian Festival has grown into the largest Australian music event held annually in the United States.
