"Export Australia" - The Australian/American Free Trade Agreement

Worth almost a quarter of a billion dollars in 2003 to Tennessee exporters, Australian the state's twelfth largest trading partner and one of the few developed countries world wide where the U.S. maintains a positive trade balance. Under the recently ratified Australian/American Free Trade Agreement, Tennessee exporters gain an immediate 5% price advantage over competitors on practically all exported products. 

The Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce International Business Council and the Australian Festival proudly present “Export Australia", which will focus on the newly passed Australian/American Free Trade Agreement and the opportunities that have been created by this agreement. There has never been a better time for Australians and Americans to do business.
