Roo Promotion Kicks Off South Pacific Travel Blitz
Festival Welcomes Official Sponsors - Southern Cross Travel &
Down Under Answers
Story

One of the key promotional items that fits
seamlessly into the Australian Festival is the exciting aspect of
travel to Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific. Everyone you
meet always dreams of going down under - quite often without realizing how achievable
the trip is both financially and strategically. The Lucky Roo Raffle
is kicking off an advertising campaign this week with the Oldies97.1 radio station
and the promotion is all about establishing the reality behind the dream.
Adding to the Lucky Roo excitement is a Maton Guitar (a unique Australian
made product) and a Dell Lap Top Computer that are runner up
prizes. The Lucky Roo ticket is also good for one admission to the
Australian Festival - so the ticket ensures you will visit the
Land Down Under one way or another! For details on how to play the
Lucky Roo check out www.luckyroo.com
Joining the Australian Festival as our official Travel sponsor is Southern Cross Travel and Tours (based in
Nashville, Tennessee) and their travel wholesale partner, Down Under Answers in Washington State. The combination of our
Aussie Travel Specialist (and NZ & Fiji to boot) with Southern Cross Travel
is a beneficial one, with Down Under Answers providing the market
knowledge and one of the most comprehensive trip options available
in the United States today. As part of an extensive promotion on travel - Southern Cross Travel and Tours will be hosting
an open house at the Select Inn at Vanderbilt on Thursday September 8, 2005.
Down Under Answers follows that as a key trade exhibitor, with V.P. Jillian Barrow speaking at the
Food, Wine, and Travel Trade Show about the key product and
selling opportunities available to travel professionals in
Tennessee (Trade show details - click
here). This will be followed up with their premier promotional booth in the Travel Down Under section of
the Australian Festival - which will be open to the general public
all weekend long and even includes featured travel workshops at the
Festival's Woolshed.

The Australian Festival has an absolute
commitment that our patrons receive the best information and products related
to traveling Down Under, so we are very proud and excited to have Southern Cross and Down Under Answers ensuring
and delivering that result. We look forward to both companies
joining us at the 2005 Australian Festival!
