ANZACC National Conference - "Connecting 3 Nations!"

The Australian Festival, in association with the Australian New Zealand American Chamber of Commerce (ANZACC), is delighted to announce that the 2005 ANZACC National Conference will be held on September 9, 2005 in Nashville, Tennessee. 

With the Free Trade agreement between Australia and the United States celebrating its first birthday, new and exciting market opportunities are becoming more obvious and defined. For Australian and New Zealand businesses now entering or expanding in the United States market, there is no better point of entry than Nashville, Tennessee.

Fifty per cent (50%) of the United States' population is within a day's drive (or less) of Nashville. Three major US Interstate systems intersect within the city. With over 350 businesses relocating to Nashville in the last 12 months, it is clear that there is not a better strategic location to establish corporate headquarters, manufacturing, and product distribution for the Eastern and South Eastern United States.

The ANZACC National Conference will take place on Friday September 9, 2005, 7:00 am - 2:30 pm CST. The Australian Trade Expo will be held that Friday afternoon, 3:00 - 6:00 pm CST.  

An Investment in the ANZACC National Conference is an investment in the business, cultural, economic, educational and personal opportunities that exist between Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.

The conference will comprise of the following format:

• 12 presentations by notable business, government, and commerce leaders on specific trade, commerce, and investment from Australia, New Zealand, Nashville, and regional cities.

• Keynote speaker luncheon that will provide a unique opportunity to connect our three countries and establish the key spirit of our relationships.

• Australian Trade Expo featuring Food, Wine, and Travel that is designed to match up local, state, and regional companies with Australian/New Zealand products and services.

• A series of workshops on subjects relevant to all three nations working together - including business climates, investment opportunities, government and emigration policies - with additional general public seminars to be held all weekend at the Australian Festival.
