Become An Australian Festival Ambassador!
Volunteer Push Largest in Festival History
July 19, 2004
The Nashville Kangaroos are about to put on their biggest show ever at Centennial Park this September  and they need your help to make it a great success. When you become a volunteer at the Australian Festival you also become an ambassador of Australia - as we put on the largest known Australian celebration outside of Australia. Volunteers are required in a variety of areas from Thursday September 9 all the way through to Sunday September 12 when the festival finishes. There is a host of areas and needs and we are asking everyone to really step up.

All Festival volunteers will be provided with a Festival Tee Shirt with drink and food provided to any volunteers that work at least 2 two hour shifts concurrently. Mona Lisa Warren of Freeman Enterprises will be heading up the Volunteer Program - and is available for any questions you may have. The Australian Festival is so appreciative of the hours and efforts of volunteers in our first seven years. This year we are all being asked to step up to the big leagues as the Australian Festival becomes one of Nashville's finest festivals.

To officially sign up as a volunteer and please CLICK HERE on our Online Secure Server Volunteer Sign Up Form or send an email to Mona Lisa Warren at volunteer@gdaynashville.com or call our 2004 Australian Festival Hotline on (615) 460-1401.
