Australian Festival Promotion at Celebration Of Cultures

The Australian Festival will be kicking off their Nashville area promotions this weekend with a promotional booth at the Celebration Of Cultures at Scarritt-Bennett (next to Vanderbilt University). Included in our promotion will be two USFootyKids clinics at 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday July 10 and we also have two great Aussie Entertainers Pru Clearwater and Simon Bruce performing Saturday evening as well!

The ninth annual Celebration of Cultures on Friday, July 9, and Saturday, July 10, at Scarritt-Bennett Center! Representatives from more than 50 cultures will take over the grounds of Scarritt-Bennett Center for this international festival featuring food, art and fun from around the world. Celebration of Cultures is a 'Party with a Purpose' showcasing the growing diversity of Middle Tennessee.  This year's event will include 6 performance stages of music and dance; everything from Cajun bands to storytellers to African drums to belly dancing!  Other attractions will include an international food court and the international market where various organizations will be selling ethnic art, crafts and wearables as well as providing information about their culture or country.  A special area for children's activities will give kids of all ages the opportunity to enjoy international games, crafts and many other hands-on activities.
